Senior Manager – Recruiting and Account Management

The Senior Manager of Recruiting and Account Management is responsible for the servicing of client accounts, account development, lead generation as well as setting the recruiting strategy for all new requisitions. This person will also be responsible for managing the full life cycle recruitment process for numerous clients. The Senior Manager of Recruitment and Account Management will collaborate with hiring managers and human resource leaders to create effective strategies for filling positions with high quality candidates. This person will have accountability for positions in various locations and within different disciplines.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 

  • 5 – 7 years of experience in a full life cycle recruiting setting

  • Demonstrated success in formulating and successfully implementing recruitment strategies that address the current needs of an organization.

  • Ability to partner with all levels of leadership to drive recruitment process and fill open positions 

  • High result orientation with ability to advise hiring managers on recruitment trends and market updates

  • Extensive knowledge in creative sourcing strategies including networking, internet, cold calling, managing referrals

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintains assigned client relationships 

  • Responsible for full lifecycle recruitment on all job orders: candidate sourcing, candidate qualification, candidate presentation, interview scheduling, candidate disposition, offer negotiation

  • Ability to recruit and build relationships with inactive candidates through multiple sourcing channels

  • Responsible for oversight and development of the Recruiting Coordinator

  • Provide regular market updates, leads and industry insight.

  • Assist in project management on new initiatives to create a best in class recruitment organization.

  • Proactively consult with hiring managers and HR leaders on a consistent basis

  • Provide insight and expertise to various business leaders throughout the interview process to allow them to effectively interview and select top candidates.
